Fitness does not take a holiday… so we are open for 1 class at 9am! 😉

Class Structure

Classes will lasts for approx. one hour and generally include each of the following:

• Stretching / Warm Up

• Strength / Skill / Movement Instruction

• Workout of the Day (WOD)

• Cool Down / Stretch

Come try out a class for free to see if you like it. If you do, a staff member will gladly sign you up. All you have to do is fill out a form with your basic information.
