Step 1
Come to CrossFit Island 242 at the Circle Mall, Monday through Friday, anytime between 5AM – 7:30PM and try a class to see if you like it! Your first class is FREE!
Step 2
If you like it, we will sign you up on the spot – paper work takes less than 10 min.
Your Done!
